Quote: “I am an empathetic leader, and I do lead with my heart, but a lot of things are very factual and statistic-based, so I have to balance both of those things.” Lori Lococo
What is your leadership style? Are you a very fact and process-based leader or are you more driven by your heart and feel a connection to those you lead? Both are important traits, but in today’s work climate, you really do need to have a good relationship with your team in order to succeed. Working to create a bond not only helps to put your people on a productive path but also helps you retain your best and brightest stars.
