Linda has won awards from the Government of Alberta and the University of Calgary for her specialized services. Her clinical and professional training includes a master’s degree specializing in workplace bullying. Joni Peddie works with Senior Leadership Teams and gives Keynote talks to Multi-National “Leadership” Associations and Business Schools. After 28 years, that’s over 110,000 people, in many countries besides South Africa (where she was born): including Australia, Dubai, Oman, UK, Ireland, Jordan, USA, Israel, Kenya, Morocco, Egypt, Tanzania, Brazil, Argentina and Columbia. Joni loves travelling and learning about different cultures, satisfying her growth mindset and intrigue about ‘what makes people tick?’
Treena Reilkoff is a Conflict Management and Resiliency Specialist, international author and founder of TLR Solutions Conflict Inc. As a Trauma Informed Mediator, Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, Workplace Fairness and Restoration Analyst and Resiliency Trainer/Facilitator, her passion is to support leaders, organizations, and businesses to become the architects of their conflict-resilient workplaces. Treena's combined experience of over 25 years includes working in diverse, high-risk, and complex environments, within the fields of mental health, behavioural analysis, first responders (corrections and military/veterans), Critical Incident Stress Management, case management, disability management and social work. Barbara Veder is an award-winning expert in the field of mental health, including most recently recognized as one of Digital Health Canada's 2020 Women Leaders in Digital Health, Barb is known globally as a leader in Workplace Mental Health and Wellness, EAP Best Practice, Global Trauma delivery, and enhanced digital mental health support. She is known around the world for her published research, conference presentations, media interviews, and counsellor education initiatives. She has contributed to clinical best practices through her Board work, program research, and product development over the course of her decades of work in her field.
