Having made my personal journey to fitness i want to share my love of health & wellness to the community. My 3 passions are: Dance, kickboxing & helping people be the best versions of themselves through fitness and being totally empowered. In my early years i was weight challenged, lacked self confidence, self esteem issues hated then body i was in but desperately wanted to change how i felt. Therefore, one aspect of training led to another form of training this was to prepare for the world of Latin & Ballroom dancing. My world was amazing i was on a ‘high’ I was unstoppable no body could stop me getting recognition from the judges was incredible feeling, i was ‘Madam butterfly’ i had wings had the freedom to fly. As fitness is form of dance this gave birth to my studio which i got a dream & so today my dream is alive where by i empower women to take the lead, take control of their lives.
